The employee completes all remaining required information on the document before a service representative verifies and approves it, using a signature authorization via a Topaz Systems® signature pad or TabletPC®.

After both employee and service representative sign the document, it converts to a PDF file that's saved directly to the employee's record in the TempWorks system database.
